How do I retain your legal services? Please contact us for an itial consultation. During this consultation, we will determine how we can best serve your needs. If you choose our firm, before we can commence work, you will be required to sign an Attorney Fee Agreement as required by California law, and submit the retainer fee to be deposited into our Attorney Client Trust Account until services are rendered. Do you charge a fee for initial consultation? Generally No. Our initial telephone conversation of up to one half hour (30 minutes) is free. During this time, we will ask you questions to determine if we can assist you with your legal matter. If you meet with one of our attorneys in person, however, we will charge $150.00 for an initial consultation of up to one hour. If you retain our services within one month of meeting, we will apply a credit to your first invoice for the intial consultation fee. Back to Top
What is your fee for legal services? For all business matters, we generally charge a per hour rate which is determined by the complexity of the legal matter. For immigration matters, in keeping with industry standards, we usually charge a flat rate fee for preparation of your immigrant petition.
